Terms of Service

The service

TwinManaged (“Sam”) is an AI assistant operated by TwinManaged that helps small business owners run their day-to-day operations through SMS, WhatsApp, and other connected messaging channels. The service includes daily briefings, calendar awareness, competitive intelligence, and ongoing learning about your business.

Eligibility

TwinManaged is currently offered to US-based businesses only. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms, and that you will use the service only with a US mobile number.

Free trial and billing

New accounts begin with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your selected plan converts to a paid monthly subscription. We bill in advance for each monthly term. Annual plans, if selected, are billed in advance for the full term.

Pricing is published on our website. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle. We may revise pricing on renewal with at least 30 days notice.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime. Text Sam “cancel” or email ceo@8946labs.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months. Annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You own your data. We process it only to deliver the service you requested. After cancellation we hold your data for 30 days so you can export or reactivate, then permanently delete it. See our privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity or to violate the rights of others
• Send spam, harass others, or use Sam to send unsolicited bulk messages
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to access another customer's vault or break the service's security
• Resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the service
• Use the service in regulated contexts that require certifications we do not have, including HIPAA-covered healthcare workflows or activities subject to specific financial-services compliance regimes, unless we have agreed in writing

AI output

Sam generates messages, drafts, and summaries using AI. Output may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it on your behalf or relying on it for decisions.

Service changes

We may add, change, or remove features. If we materially reduce the service in a way that affects your plan, we'll give you notice and a prorated refund or plan change option.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinManaged disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinManaged' aggregate liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. TwinManaged is incorporated in Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
