Who we are

TwinManaged is operated by TwinManaged, a Delaware corporation. We provide an AI assistant (“Sam”) that helps small business owners run their businesses through SMS, WhatsApp, and other messaging channels.

What data we collect

  • Your business website URL (when you text it to us to start your trial)
  • Information you share about your business: customers, pricing, schedules, services
  • Your conversation history with Sam across SMS, WhatsApp, and any other connected channel
  • Calendar invites you forward to your dedicated Sam email address
  • Account details: your phone number, email address, billing information for paid plans
  • Standard service logs needed to keep the product running and secure

How we use your data

We use your data only to power your twin. That includes generating your morning briefings, remembering your business context, drafting messages, and tracking commitments you ask Sam to follow up on. We use your data for billing, fraud prevention, and to keep the service secure.

What we never do

  • We never sell your data.
  • We never share your data with third parties for their marketing.
  • We never use your business data to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
  • We never let other customers see your vault.

Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure providers to deliver the service: cloud hosting, AI model APIs, SMS and WhatsApp delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations and only to deliver the service you requested.

Data retention and deletion

Your data lives in an isolated vault for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is held for 30 days in case you want to reactivate or export it, then permanently deleted from our systems. You can request export or deletion at any time by texting Sam or emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. We honor these requests for all customers, regardless of location. To make a request, email ceo@8946labs.com.

Service availability

TwinManaged is currently offered to US-based businesses only. Our messaging numbers are US numbers and our service is operated from the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify active customers by SMS or email before the changes take effect.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California and the State of Delaware. TwinManaged is incorporated in Delaware.
